Irishma Hickey has be been with West Meade Place since 2012. She began her journey at West Meade Place as a CNA and later transitioned into the position of Activity Coordinator. Although she enjoyed her time as a CNA, serving in the position as the Activity Coordinator has been a great love for her.  She enjoys being able to interact with the residents in all aspects of their lives and works very hard to keep them active and enjoying life. There is never a dull moment. West Meade Place has become her second home and the residents have become her second family.
