Our West Meade Place team consists of professionals who specialize in the care of geriatric patients. Our highly specialized staff includes Registered and Licensed Practical Nurses, a range of different types of Therapists, a Registered Dietitian, Social Workers, an Activity Coordinator, and a Medical Director.

We focus on each resident as an individual and establish health and recovery goals in conjunction with the resident and their physician. Our staff specialize in healing complex wounds, administering IV therapies and using advanced techniques to speed your recovery to return home sooner.
